Yesterday, my BFF, Theresa and I went antique shopping in Milton and Pace, Florida, (120 miles or so from here). I had the most fun finding items that I can use to display my soaps in the photos for the web page, as well as for display in our booth at farmer's markets and craft shows. I know I am getting ahead of myself, but I am applying for shows and markets and hope to have some scheduled soon. Will let you know when I have one scheduled. I have a lot of ideas running around in my head - I probably need to write them down since I have the CRS (can't remember s$*t) syndrome.
Did you know that goats HATE rain? Well, they do!! We have had thunderstorms on and off all day. The girls have been holed up in their barn most of the day. They looked miserable when I went out to check on them this afternoon. Everyone is hoping for sunshine tomorrow!
Just went on Facebook and found out that my daughter-in-law, Melissa, in Atlanta had her wallet stolen today. I guess times are really tough on everybody, but come on, no one can afford to have what little they have stolen.
My DH (dear husband) just brought me supper at my desk. I can't believe I am lucky enough to have a DH who not only cooks, but also does the dishes!!
Well time to sign off - I need to e-mail my oldest daughter, Angela, some web sites.

First Post
At home I am commonly known as "Goat Mama". I plan on using this blog to keep up with the antics of our goat herd "Bucky & The Baaaad Girls", as well as the opening of our business which is making and selling "Goap". Goap is an all natural artisan goat milk soap. So far we have had very positive response to our soap. Bucky is "The Man" of our herd. So far he has made very pretty babies!! Lucy, Ethel and Daisy Mae are our girls who produce the most wonderful milk. Goats milk seasonally and right now they are dry. I sure miss having fresh milk every morning. I am working on our web site and hope to have something up and going next week. I am going to leave right now and try to figure out how to post photos to the blog.
